PULL PROCEDURE:

1. Stylists must request project approval at least 48 hours before date of pull.
2. Once your project has been approved, please reach out to make an appointment at least 48 hours before the date of pull. Pulls are by appointment only.
3. On the day of your appointment, after all pieces are chosen, we will create your pull agreement. Pull agreement must be signed before all pieces are taken from the store.
4. Signor of agreement must provide a photocopy of ID and CC through email for every pull.
5. Stylists are responsible for any shipping cost.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

1. Signor of agreement takes full responsibility and care for all items while in their possession.
2. When returning pieces, a responsible party must be present until all pieces have been checked for damage and loss.
3. All the store tags must be intact on each item.
4. In case of any damage or loss, a full amount will be charged to the credit card on file.
